Privacy Policy

BUILTT (“BUILTT”, “we”, “us”) is a product of Connected Systems Limited Liability Company (Wyoming, USA). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when contractors use the BUILTT AI receptionist service and when their customers interact with the AI by phone or text.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: business name, contact email, mobile phone number, trade, service area, billing details.
• Call data: caller phone number, call recordings, transcripts, lead details (name, address, job description) captured by the AI receptionist.
• SMS data: phone numbers, message content, opt-in and opt-out events, delivery status.
• Usage data: dashboard activity, IP address, device, browser.

2. How We Use Information

• Operate the AI receptionist (answer calls, qualify leads, book appointments).
• Send transactional SMS to contractors about new leads and account activity.
• Send appointment confirmations to homeowners only after a double opt-in (they reply YES to a confirmation request following a call they initiated).
• Bill subscriptions, prevent fraud, support customers, improve the product.

3. SMS & Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information sharing described in this policy exclude mobile opt-in data and consent. SMS opt-in data is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing.

We share mobile information only with subprocessors who deliver our service (e.g., Twilio for SMS delivery) under contractual confidentiality. Reply STOP to any BUILTT message to opt out, HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Sharing & Subprocessors

We share information with vendors required to run the service: VAPI (voice AI), Twilio (telephony and SMS), Supabase (database and auth), Resend (email), Paddle (billing), Vercel (hosting), Google (calendar OAuth, when connected by the contractor). Each is contractually bound to use the data only to provide their service.

5. Call Recording

The AI receptionist records and transcribes calls so the contractor can review leads. Recording is enabled by default; contractors can disable recording or require verbal disclosure in their account settings. Where state or local law requires consent, the contractor is responsible for configuring the agent accordingly.

6. Data Retention

Call recordings, transcripts, and lead records are retained while the contractor’s account is active and for 12 months after cancellation, unless a longer period is required by law. Contractors may request earlier deletion by emailing hello@builtt.ai.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact hello@builtt.ai to exercise these rights.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized BUILTT personnel. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

BUILTT is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
