14-day money-back guarantee

Try BUILTT risk-free. If it’s not right for your business, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment. We’ll process the refund to your original payment method.

How to request a refund

Email hello@builtt.ai from the address on your account within 14 days of your first payment. No forms, no phone calls required.

Renewals & cancellation

After the first 14 days, subscription payments and renewals are non-refundable. You can cancel any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
