Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the BUILTT AI receptionist service provided by Connected Systems Limited Liability Company (Wyoming, USA) (“BUILTT”). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

BUILTT provides an AI phone receptionist that answers calls, qualifies leads, and books appointments for contractors. We provide the AI, a dedicated phone number, voice and SMS delivery, and a dashboard.

2. Account & Billing

You must be 18+ and authorized to bind your business. Subscriptions: $250/month or $2,500/year, billed in advance. New customers get a 14-day money-back guarantee on their first payment; after that, payments and renewals are non-refundable except where required by law. See our Refund Policy. Pricing changes require 30 days’ notice before the next renewal.

3. SMS Messaging Program

By creating a BUILTT account and checking the SMS consent box at signup, you opt in to receive transactional SMS messages from BUILTT about leads captured by your AI receptionist and about your account.

• Message types: new-lead alerts, appointment confirmations, account and billing notifications.
• Frequency:varies with call volume; typically 1–20 messages per day.
• Opt-out: reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Rates: message and data rates may apply.

Homeowners receive appointment-confirmation SMS only after a double opt-in: after a call they initiate, we send one message asking them to reply YES, and no further messages are sent unless they do. See the Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing.

4. Call Recording & Compliance

The AI records and transcribes calls. You are responsible for complying with applicable call-recording, TCPA, and consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction. Configure recording and verbal-disclosure options in settings.

5. Acceptable Use

No spam, telemarketing, impersonation, illegal content, or harassment. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

6. Termination

Cancel any time from your account; takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend for breach or non-payment.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

Service provided “as is” without warranties. AI output may be incorrect; you remain responsible for business decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BUILTT’s aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Governing Law

Wyoming, USA law governs. Venue: state and federal courts in Wyoming.
